Barry, I had two Balcar strobes on either side of the camera and about 45 degrees to the product (part of a 3 head set with tons of accessories that I got for a steal from a retired photog). Both were bounced into large umbrellas and giving the same amount of light to ensure no shadows. The hardest part to get right was the highlight on the backround. I used my Nikon strobe, which has slave capabilities, handheld over and slightly behind the product. The flash head was zoomed to its max (105mm I think) to concentrate the beam at the base of the backround and produce a graded effect. All made easier to get right by using digital. If it wasn't right I could instantly tell and do over.

Excellent lighting with beautiful natural colors. I really like the setup but I find it would be nice if you added more room on each side and maybe even more of the reflection. Keep up the great work.
