Dear Kim,
Very nice and expressive shot ... good take! Being a Catholic one, you may had the greater access to all the Mother Teresa home. You know better that photographers of the same city are not allowed inside any home more than half an hour with prior permission. Well we did snapshots many a time there. But if anyone can not spend more time and watch around, it is almost impossible to exploit the light and situation there. One thing about the mental hospital, it is KANCHRAPARA (not Kanchiapara). Very emotive scenary.
( She is not sleeping, I think she is afraid of everybody and lives in her own world. Thats the reason that she covered herself )
The light spot around her face enhances the impression of lonliness of the soul.
