Brass pole ? See no brass pole, only cages in wich very poor young ladies were living. They kept on coming to us with hardly any clothes and we supported the poor begging ladies by putting a dollar in their clothes ( what was left over of it) ...... .....

Looks like a decoy to me. Probably has a 220volt motor on it for the decadent atmosphere. No one could keep up with your country on improvisation of pumping water and using the wind. Like your twisted sense of humor. Be well, the Big Sky boy.
