Great, I like that pose...looks like almost in...bed! That works very nicely with the landscape like frame you use as she 'feel up' the bottom of the image nicely! The face at the best point of caurse and good space roundly of it. Grey scale works well on that and because of it I like the soft grain of the background at some parts, it migh be a bit stronger that just for an effect. Very very good.

Can't add much to the other comments. This is a very nice portrait of a beautiful girl. I like the mood of the image. One small thing: i think you should try to enhance the highlight in the eye to the right (her left eye).

very nice portrait, good use of the d.o.f. here, it makes a nice composition with her hanging towards the right of the frame and the depth off focus on the right. she is beautifully serious and not as a pose. it looks like a every day shot. good use of tones and lighting. excellent picture. A good natural, candid portrait. The dof is shallow enough to bring yor daughter to the fore but also deep enough to give us a hint of the surroundings. If you want critique - there's a few dust spots, one on her hair and some to the left that are a bit distracting.
