You are right, Now the pic looks perfect, I have Photoshop (Ver7.0) but I am accustomed to it other than using some Level & Colour Balance.

Here's a bit more adjustment. It's only my opinion. You might prefer less blue!

Nice, but this image would have been better if you had used a Polazizing filter to enhance the clouds and the reflections on the water. You also need to straighten the horizon. Have you got a image editor that allows you to rotate the image by a small number of degrees? What do you think of my adjusted version?
