Very neat. I like the way the monument is standing guard over the landscape. The red rocks are unusual, but sure add interest to the formation. MAry

Very unusual. Getting them while they were wet was fortuitous.
I thought they were painted, but from your description I guess that's not so.
You might consider doing a series of these rocks, even this exact scene, from the different seasons.

Unusual colouring of the stone. It's strangehow each quarry has its own coloring. i like the remoteness of this and the softness of the hills in the background.

Very well composed, with good light, colors, and details. I like the way the monument appears to be facing the open field.

Very original composition, Greg. I also like the pastel-like colors of the stones. Is NZ in the Mondial? I don't know about your relations with Australia & I'm no big football fan, but I was glad when I heard that Australia won. THank you for your comments. Best regards, Rafi
