Great shot of this Green Heron Marcus,
They are very shy here too. I tried sneaking up on one last summer, and even with waves crashing and wind blowing, he still seemed to know I was there from quite a distance.

Thanks larrry, to be honest usually I shoot continous and get 50 percent keepers once I get focus lock, in this case I had a short time to pan up to speed but did so and only got two shots off as he was flying from tree to tree...
typically in this situation I dont get the shot in time, but this guy is not a speedster :)
