Great shot. I found that all birds are on one line and for me this makes the composition interesting. So I don't recommend to change anything. But this is a question of taste.

It's a really nice photo. I do think the uppermost bird unbalances the composition to much. I've attached a solution that includes that bird, but only as a reflection and a bit of its legs.
