About Taken on a very dark and dull day, from a great distance, I captured this female Osprey preparing for parenthood. I observed her and her mate for about an hour as they left and returned with large branches to shore up an existing nest in a very tall hydro tower. I got one AMAZING picture of one of them landing in the nest with a branch. It was, unfortunately, out of focus. Gotta love that zoom & IS.
