Stunning macro, Joggie!
A wonderful glimpse into the world of miniature!
I'm having fun with a borrowed Nikon 60mm macro lens at the moment.
Best regards, Chris

A well taken macro, Joggie. I like the focus and simplicity of this one. It came out very sharp, despite using F/32 (I am always seeing warnings against using such a small apperture, but after seeing your results am wondering what these warnings are for).

Also well done for your photo of a frog published in the "Weg" magazine...

Dag Vriend..Wat een geweldige macro. De compositie vind ik geweldig met al zijn mooie kleuren. Zo te zien heeft hij/zij een goede poets beurt gehad.

Groetjes uit Holland,
Riny

Thanks Linda - the minimal sharpening was done (used the high pass filter at 1.5, soft light). The many very fine hairs on the underbody caused some refraction of the flashlight and is accentuated by the slightest sharpening. But thats the trade-off to get increased DoF I guess. Thanks for the interest.

Beautiful dof and a wonderful macro Joggie, the complementary reds and greens are awesome..composition is perfect, just maybe a tad too much sharpening, but still a lovely image...:):)Linda
