You have captured this bird beautifully. It may be my monitor but I feel it could still be a little lighter. I remember seeing the version Marcus put up previously and I am sure it was a little lighter than this. This tells me that you should be able to push the image a little more. The more details you can see in the bird the more striking the image is.
You are definitely on the right track Ted and I am so pleased that the advice from other UF members is helping you to refine your work to get the best out of it. That is what we are here for.

This is a beautiful capture, perfect timing, nice form this bird has coming in for a landing?
I did see the original and this is much better.
