About How long do I have to climb
Up the side this mountain of mine
How long am I gonna stand
With my head stuck under the sand
The sign that you couldn't read
or a light that you couldn't see
sometimes you have to believe
but other's are puzzles, puzzling me

Terrific image, Mark! Expert use of diagonals and negative space. The striking contrasts and tones are magnetic. Outstanding.. ..Brad

This is my favourite kind of shot, it?s very well composed, with a good BW conversion and above all very suggestive and meaningful, simple but powerful photo, I like it a lot!! Bye, Max

Mark: don't panic!

Bones, sinking like stones,
All that we fought for,
Homes, places we've grown,
All of us are done for.

And we live in a beautiful world,
Yeah we do, yeah we do,
We live in a beautiful world

...also by Coldplay, and so meaningful in these times.

Strong image,Mark...quite dynamic in its simplicity...wonderful diagonal, made for B/W,and man has good placement within the frame to convey the uphill struggle...looks like "i" cropped/framed this one..LOL..love the comp,Enzo's dad ;> AND the black negative space works perfectly here to balance the comp..! good, good eye,my friend 7+

Hi Mark,
It's a wonderful conceptual image,
but maybe it needs some detail in the dark side..
Congrats and best regards.. :)

Boy, this is really a fine foto and goes great with the lyric - the walker does look like he is in the uphill walk of his life due wholly to your composition - the bw tones fit the image perfectly .. and that great dark abyss to the right .. super composition .. Kev

Nice diagonal composition. The nothingness of half of the photograph emphasizes the other half. The curb painted black and white, the center stripe of the road and railing...picture perfect!

Congrats

Nice song too :-)

Regards
Sid
