About This 'deadly looks' closeup picture was possible because we sighted this snake a couple of times near our garden. We finally made sure where it rested and with the help of forest officals (who are trained to catch snakes) caught the snake unhurt. And here it is striking a pose. This is not a poisonous snake but looks deadly in closeup. This was released in the forest area.

Thanks for your comments. Glad to know some useful information about round eyes not poisionous. We have been noticing this snake for about a month, since children are around and we also have a dog (laby) we thought it is not proper to allow the snake to be around. Personally I would allow the snake to be around after all if we don't harm them why should they! Thanks for dropping. Have a nice day.

Great macro wildlife picture. As you mention, this is NOT a poisononous snake. The snake has round eyes which tells you that it is NOT poisonous or even deadly or dangerous. Glad to read that it was released again. Help to protect nature.
Best regards,
Gustav

Great close up Bhaskar,
Watch our for the dangerous ones.
Nice image with the tongue coming out of her mouth.
The background enhances the details of her/his scales.
Thanks for sharing and keep up the good job.

Very nice, I love the crisp focus and contrast of the snake against the dark background.
