Now that is a long exposure...
Interesting to see blur in clouds and sea - with the rock razor sharp. Is this an IR shot/red filter?
Interesting centering of the subject as a static object to reflect it's immovability against the motion of the world. I think the long exposure to blur out the elements is a great way to show geological change and bring out the real material property of the rock.
Good tones - a lot of dark with crisp bright whites.
Wonderful concept - well executed.
