Thank you for your comments, Ferdinand and Nathan. Yes, I love combining the slow shutter speed at night with motion. The motion can be by me, (such as in a moving car), or by others moving around me. This one was taken while sitting still while the cars zoomed by me. Tweaked in CCP10.
