Hi Teunis,
I like this one, beautiful trees with fall colors, and a river of fallen leaves as well!
I like the inclusion of the man, woman and their dogs. I imagine that he was walking briskly with the dogs, then stopped for her to catch up (she was taking more time and admiring the beauty around her). LOL :) Well, that's just my story!!

Lucky you, Teunis, who can enjoy such autumn colours (most of our trees are evergreen).
The birds of my photo are black-winged stilts (Himantopus himantopus), a very common swamp bird, at least here in Southern Spain.
