I wonder if I would ever think of taking a shot of these. There are so many things we look at but never really see them. I like those lines, colors, and especially the fact that you can see what I probably wouldn't :)

@Hugo, when I took this picture I had no idea if it would work also in b&w, thanks for showing me: it wouldn't work ;)
But I saw that already on my own monitor, therefore I decided to go with the real colours, and it seems with success!!!
So I don't mind about seeing it in b&w.

I was very surprised to see a colour photo in your portfolio. It does fit in with your style. The image is very clean and striking. The composition is strong enough to be one of your B&W's, but keeping that rich red tone was the right idea.

Hi Hugo,
perhaps I wanted to give you a riddle to work out when I posted it ;), in my pre 10D life I would never think of using a colour film. But with 10D I get every pic first in colour, so perhaps it will occur from time to time, but I'm not promissing anything!!

Hi Verena, Was I wrong with Massimilano's shot, thinking it was yours, This time, I couldn't even guess.... A colour photo? By You? Wow! That's a first!
And a very good one at that. The simplicity of the subject and the angle you composed it at is very well balanced. I like the perspective, and the use of colour make it a bit warmer, and also relating this shot to reality. Well done! I sure hope this is not a "one-off", and we can welcome more colour work in the future....
