This is one of those moments that usually reside in the mind. A memory where you can remember every detail like the flies buzzing around and the smell of the air--a moment that for some reason we store away in a protected place in our mind that keeps all the details in tact so that whenever it's recalled all the emotions come flooding back too. I have of few of these that this picture has made me relive.Thank you.

Thanks for all the nice comments, and a special thank to Roby for bringing my photo to the frontpage with his outstanding comment. The picture was shot late one midsummer evening, it was quite windy so the grain blurred up a bit making a nice effect. The small white dots are actually insects flying in the air.

hello Ivan...
they are firm on this photo from ten minuteren! The believe that it is a great piece of photo, it is like aesthetic that like composition and emotionality... the light overexposed of hats is fantastic, as the smoke that encircles the head, the field of grain (clearly) and the background of the trees (dark) makes from superb contrast with the subject, which it is in means to the photogram. (little "moved" second the good rule) is main presence, divided completely from the line grain forest!
the exposure of this backlighting is truly fantastic!
we have much to learn from this beautiful photo!
my congrats is a very wonderful mode.. and I hope that this photograph make road.. deserves it. my wish!
