If you make a lot of photo's you sometimes forget how simple it could be. I find this shot great. You can say it is boring, you can say it is too easy. But this photo is good because of all this.

Simple. Clean. elegant. One *minor* point on the crop: I'd have the end of the hand-rail pointing directly at the corner of the picture, instead of just above it.

the splash of red is eye-catching. i almost thought it was the national flag of Trinidad & Tobago. interesting stuff. but the "jaggies" can be seen especially behind the stair rail. overly JPEG compressed, i suspect.
