About Another shot from the same night of promo pictures. This one has my favorite composition, which was very intentional and time consuming, but the face blur was accidental, but I think it adds alot of pizzaz. HA... Its not perfect in any sense but I feel I got a pretty clear picture out of a large DOF and a long shutter.

Thoughts or suggestions and always welcome.

I like this one better as well - the placement of the band members draws the eye from left bottom to right top, and the blur follows you...clever composition indeed! Looks like an album cover...Cheers!

I love this one! Composition is great! The face blur gives a new dimension on this one. Bravo

very nice setup.. it looks as though each person of these is telling a story about himself with the expression.. and do i hate the flash?? OH YEAH.. look at how the lighting adds mood to the shot..

Hello Adam,Very nice natural grouping, the kids look relaxed and laid back, they were obviously comfortable with your presence,a job well done, groups are not easy.I see the kids in your part of the world are like the ones here in New Zealand, they like the backside of their jeans hanging around their knees,as a Grandmother I can never resist saying "pull your pants up!" All jokes aside, great image. Regards Micky.

Of the two you have posted so far I think this is more successful. I get tired of seeing the bands pick the pose where they are in a straight line and looking at the camera. I have taken several promotional shots so I know what you are working with and think you got a good shot out of this one. The only thing I dont like is the blurred face. And I am glad that you did not use a flash i hate that too they always look awful. great job.

I like the technique. Brings back memories of being like that. Easy to
identify with these kids. Don't agree on the face blur. Would prefer
a clean shot. Same with cutting off the sitting fellow's shoes. Overall
composition has a wonderful texture. Keep up the good work.
