Hi Micky, great shot you got here, really great!!! I love the colors of the flower, the composition is just great, with the flowing lines of the leaf, curling to an end. The lighting is very good too, but I would like to see another try with a little more light on the inside of the flower, perhaps by using a reflector, so that the yellow thing (stamper or something like that?) is lit a bit more. It may take away some of the shadows on the leaf though, so that would be a pity then, that's why I suggest another try, since I think it would be a different picture (which may not even work half as well as this one).
Hi Micky; beautiful shot-- good detail, DOF, and composition. I've never seen one of these in green-- just the more common white. This one actually looks like it's billowing in the wind with all the waves and ripples in the big leaf. Nice. Cheers. Craig
