This photograph is past Utah State Fair winner in Professional Photography, architectural division. It shows the architectural contrasts of the Transamerica Pyramid and the Sentenel Building at 916 Columbus Ave. in San Francisco. Film director Francis Ford Coppola bought and restored the historic building early in the 1970s, and it is home to his American Zoetrope Studios. Read about the history of older building at, http://www.fortunecity.com/tinpan/tamborine/175/articles/ColumbusTower/ColumbusTower.htm
Note* the photograph you see here is not as sharp as the original, because I handheld a 1-megapixal Kodak DC215 digital camera to photocopy my print that was on a 16x20? posterboard.
