Good one but could be better if you tried playing with different exposures.Also IMO you can crop a bit of the wood from below.

I like the texture of the wood and the contrast of the bright yellow flower against the predominently brownish bg.However,the top part is a too washed out.You could have tried another composition with only the wood and the flower.

i would suggest that you crop the 3/4 of the fog at the top of the photo. it will help bind different element nicely. Right now due to the fog it the shot looks overexposed and unattractive. give it a try. otherwise the shot is great.
