Somnath,
You picked a beautiful rose to photograph. I might suggest not enlarging the photo to this point which causes the grainyness to stand out. Another option is to use a slower shutter speed with a low ISO. One more suggestion. When picking a subject, try to find one with minimal blemishes. Keep up the good work. This is how we all learn.
