About This is a stretch of the Yuba river near Soda Springs in the High Sierras just west of Lake Tahoe/Reno and east of Sacramento/San Francisco. In the spring, during snow melt, this river is a mighty torrent... in the summer it slows down to a peaceful, gentle river with deep granite pools enticing bathers who want to sit and relax out of the summers heat from the valley below.

very well composed shot dear Brigitte...nice and shallow depth of field...love to see all the elements perfectly in focus...the sunlight and the shadows on the rocks in the foreground are worth mentioning.

Looks good to me, is it swim suit optional. I like the pov on this one and the colors are good on my monitor. The rock in foreground is nice. Good eye!!
