Yes, I agree...Mr Bush and the Gov and Mayer of L.A. should be walking the streets and cutting thru the red tape to make shelters happen and to get treatment for the mentally Ill and addicts.

This is a shot that is to think about. Mr Bush should see this, but I guess he wouldn't even notice. Well never the less, a sad and very thouhgtful street shot. Sometimes you have to show the reality of life.
