I had some kind of mental "flash" hen I saw that, since the stones are gravestones. And the opposition of their "clean" shapes to that "hell" of irregular branches somehow made me think of death. But since the plants will produce that great game of natural growth and life that starts in the next spring, I had that idea of "temporary death" which I tried to capture here.

I like it, Nick; the contrast of the color in the foreground vegetation to the the cold and grey head stones. The muted colors are delicate and the composition is excellent. --Best to you, Jan
