A dramatic capture, the dark atmosphere in the background elevated the mood of this photo. The contrast between the foreground with its background creates the story of an upcoming storm rain in spite of the sunny condition. The dead tree and the boat are very effective element to this wonderful composition..

I also prefer this blue tones. Very nice beach scenery
before the storm. Amazing dramatic dark clody sky,
it's very poetic how to illustrate the stormy atmosphere.
Absolutely nice, and weird in one, great photograph
all aspect. Full of many well detailed feeling and
love the very stong contrast. Good example for the
nice play with dark & light tonality. Excellent work.

by this image you show me how much menas and changes coloures...that it makes another atmosphere, this black and white brings a drama, makes this tree so alone and lost, trying to hide even it is not possible...sky gives no chance for escape and sand reminds me neverending fields of snow..great atmosphere, even your coloured pictures are very very great and i am really in love with them, i still prefer more this black and white dramatic art made by camera :)

Bellisima lavorazione di una composizione comunque già potente di suo, non so come ma il contrasto pur essendo fortissimo (tra le luci e le ombre) è armonioso e naturale.
Forse è merito proprio delle tonalità blu.

A totally different mood than the previous one. Happy versus sad. Sun versus darkness. Here the dead branch is a strong element. One remark: the contrast between the white beach and the dark see and sky is very high, maybe a bit too high?

E...beh..., questa non può che finire nelle mie fav..uno spettacolo di luce sotto un cielo "vivo" e foriero di tempesta, il tutto composto magistralmente in un minimalismo d'autore.
