The humor and simplicity are the good features of this composition.This image could benefit from
improved lighting,saturation level and contrast.
It looks dreary and does not convey the joy of what was perhaps your original intent.It may be worth trying some tools in PS which possibly could save this shot.

I like the title and composition of this shot. While I'm not at that age to be able to relate, I can appreciate a young at heart attitude.
I think the baloons in this shot need a little better lighting to bring out their color a bit more. I like the white/empty background.
