Thanks, Larry. I don't know about an exciting evening, but it sure was frustrating at times. I'm still not completely thrilled with the results, but I'm learning, and it is good fun, most of the time. Cheers, Ann.

Thanks, Don. You're not wrong about the time involved. Took me hours and a lot of shots of empty water, but I eventually ended up with about six shots that were any good. I'll upload a couple more tonight. Cheers, Ann.

Thanks, John. I used the camera's built in flash set at 1/200 sec, apeture f25. I initially wrote in the wrong lens. I changed from the Tamron Macro to the Canon 18-55mm EFS for some of the shots, including this one. I must thank you for the inspiration. I liked your milk drops so much I thought I would try some, too. Cheers, Ann.

Superb. The drop is beautifully sharp. You've captured some wonderful shapes in the ripples and I like the colour. How did you light this shot and what shutter speed did you use?
