I think a nice candid and a special moment with potential for a somewhat better title, given the subject contrast.
"a man holding the future" sounds weak to me. "Holding the future" would be better, obviously we see a man as well, so that does not need to be said in addition.
Also I do not see so much the future in an old TV reception technology. It is much more the past, also in countries where Satellite receivers are dominantly present. So if an old man holds a TV antenna, then the contrast and the humour could be much more in a title like "Receiving images from space" or "Expecting Reception of a Letter" or my preference :-) "Decryption of signals"

best to you,
Paul

Excellent contrast in textures. For a slightly improvement of composition I immediately noticed how, but I saw also Maria already did this suggestion. It seems that she also applied some sharpening filter. We´ll get there :-)
cheers,
Paul

Very good composition and presentation: The symmetry, the shadows, the colours and the child. Perfect

Nice wide space effect. Could be even up to 360 degrees. Did you try ?
Best wishes,
Paul

Thank you Nanda.
What else as the right moment would be worth to photograph ? I understand that not everybody agrees or applies this objective if still millions of photocameras are sold every year and billions of photos are made without taking into account this principle. For me it is not even worth to show a beautiful picture if it would not have a special meaning related to the special moment.
Thank you for your comment,
cheers,
Paul

Hi Mark, a wonderful pelican couple, a real pleasure to watch
and with respect to the capture a nice focus, sharpness and use of DOF. The image appeals a lot to me : 7/7

Thank you Stan.
I agree that these man made street colours are somewhat more contrasting than usually expressed in natural land- or seascapes,

gros bises,
Paul

If you could zoom in well you could find over here as many lost gold nuggets as you want.
You need far more than a bare 400KB for upload otherwise resolution stays limited and the task will not be possible.
anyway good work Kallol,

This image does not stand at its own as a previous one gives a priori knowledge. With that image and this one, your title, plus some own imagination, the result is a nice turning mill composition.

Be proud on your self baked bread. No doubt a delicious result. However one out of 2, or both, could have been extremely well focused making it even more attractive,

Jolie image. Je voie pourtant un raccourci pour ce chemin sur une ligne tout droit. Por gagner du temps.

Hi Roger,
title is nicely describing the situation, however I would suggest another creative spark or a human element in addition. Technically speaking the capture needs a white balance correction, although in the "Blue Mountains" you never know what suits best.

Paul

Nice blue that contrasts with the green background. The partial movement of her arms gives the whole image wings.
Excellent capture Stan,

Harry, local fisherman from Nørvik, Norway told me that such a catch happens just 1 in 10 million. Although some biologists do not agree, it seems to be a under species of "cod".
Cod is the common name for genus Gadus, belonging to the family Gadidae, and is also used in the common name for various other fishes.
The Atlantic cod, which "can change color" at certain water depths, has two distinct color phases: gray-green and reddish brown. Some migrate to warm water in winter to spawn. A "large female" lays up to five million eggs in midocean, a very small number of which survive. These fish are three times the size of their eastern counterparts and are darker in color, in rare cases even "purple"

Hope that this helps to bring more light into the mystery,
cheers, Paul

Close to but also the opposite of bull fighting. A very attractive and seductive photograph in red and blue, dear Gabriella. Your model appears to me much more as an angel. It would not surprise me if she could easily fly very far and very high.
