Stunning and bold image Sue, this works so well. I love the contrast and the colour balance. Very effective and well timed too - poor old England!

Love this Sue - well seen. We've had one or two of these spectacular sun behind cloud skies over here too - I just love 'em. Lovely shot.

I'm deeply honoured Sue - thank you so much. I love the mystery in this shot, the lighting and the liberating feel, somehow. You have me thinking too, there is meaning in this image; the chosen path has already been embarked upon, although the traveller is unaware, still sat at the crossroads, waiting, unsure (and afraid even) of his true destiny.

Thank you Sue. Xx

Stunning Sue - this is top notch. The chrome and the blue sky seem to be the key here, awesome and worthy of any photo collection. You should get a UF award for this one if there is any justice in the world! Anrthony x

Thanks Sue - this pic was actually inspired by some of your own water shots, although no way near as good! The setting was delighful though - a calm and warm summer's eve on the fells - as good as it gets! Cheers, Anthony x

Thanks Joao, I took it in a hurry, but isn't that always the way if you want to catch someone's true likeness?!

I love this image Sue, reminds me very much of the place I live. I love the tonal contrast and the light play through the clouds - exactly the type of sky I adore. Magnificent! x

Thanks Sue, the cottage was indeed very magickal. I didn't want to return home - moments away from normality, time running way too fast. More to come from Carna most definitely; love your latest work too. Anthony x

Such feeling in this Sue - I'm sure the lady in picture would have assumed you'd read her thoughts! This is defintely where the essence of the whole Gothic thing lurks - that morbid, deathly stance on life. Hail those Victorians!

Brilliant use of colour Sue - I'd like to see more of your Goths - they make excellent focal points!

God save our Goths! I love the expression on her face and the slightly washed out grainy colour sets off the forlorn feeling in this image so well. Well doen Sue - another well caught moment.

Composition A1 Sue. This shot feels fresh and clean and the vivid blue of that spring sky is a perfect compliment to the natural character of the cliffs and houses. A very refreshing image.

The balance you've found here is awesome Sue - a very well chosen shot, especially with the vivid natural colours. Excellent.

Well done Sue - the approaching train and the guy's rather sullen expression make for a captivating shot. It must have been a tricky shot to get - it looks as if the guy didn't even twig you were taking his photo!

Thanks Sue. I took literally hundreds of action shots of the racing on that day, but this was the only photo I kept. Thanks for the comment. Anthony x

Hi SQirl,

I haven't driven the track no, but am fascinated that you have yourself. The photo was taken last Saturday at a round of the British F3 championship. The location is Knickerbrook and the driver killed was Paul Warwick. Many thanks for the coment and cheers, Anthony.

This is a very clever photograph Sue. The innocuous life ring becomes a religious symbol projected onto the evening sand. There is real mood and feeling here. Good composition too, I like the natural flow and the impact the close up life ring has on the image.
