Very impressive image.
I like the angle you have shot this from, the slope with the snow covered trees makes for a beautiful foreground for a awesome background.

Nice attempt. The waterfall is hard to recognise as such. I also find the angle and the centered approach not working for me. The photo lacks dynamics(associated with a waterwall) and soul. IMO Sorry for the hard critique.
