This has a lot of potential. I like the colour of the sky. The interesting fg is spoilt by being too dark. I have included a mode which doesn't really show what I mean, but goes someway I hope. John

Usually aligators have a reputation for their powerful jaw, and you have brought here a shot of an aligator in a more peaceful level!

Many thanks for your comment on my recently posted photograph of a fairy tern. I have only recently returned to Usefilm after a rather long absence. Congratulations on your very nice portfolio of wetland birds. It is, however, your last landscape that really caught my eye. Its visual "grammar", especially the palm trees and the stretch of water evoked a faint memory of a landscape I took years ago along the Gambia River in West Africa. It is not half a good as yours, but I always find it interesting when elements of landscape recur in vastly different settings.

Very appropriate title Janet. Nice reflections, beautiful sky, very well composed. Janet I increased the saturation and adjusted the light just a bit. You may not like it as it does distract from the soft dreamy effect that Robbie commented on.
