Wow Bill this shot is very powerful graphically and the colors really intense - I love it! Your choice in the early morning light was perfect on her skin tones, giving a really nice patina. Very well done. Kind Regards, Cindi

Heidrun interesting work indeed, from your stylist hat, to composition and afterwork. Grain adds to rawness. Very creative, I like it. Well done my friend. Kind Regards, Cindi

Okay who cares what these shots are called - woe amazing action shot! Really thanks for the background on what they are called, or I'm just 'gullible". You know you really left us "hanging" - one look at this picture and you wonder if they landed intact, hope so! Great composition and good focus/detail at that apt. Well done my friend. Kind Regards, Cindi

Hi Karen, very nice perspective here and the tonality gives that vintage feel - Also gives me a "shadow box" feel with the depth and angle of the window sill, adding more of an interesting quality. So when ARE you going to upload some more pixs?! Well done my friend! Kind Regards, Cindi

What an awesome shot! So focused and into the music - right on! Excellent lighting - and that film just adds to the rawness. Emotion high here and that's what it's all about. Well done. 7 rate - Kind Regards, Cindi

Brian 7+ here, outstanding example of using a point and shoot digital makes no difference, it is the photographer's eye and skill level that makes an interesting shot. The ambiance is amazing here - I can feel the bricks through this light. This is powerful! Well done indeed! Kind Regards, Cindi

Eolo outstanding composition! - each could stand alone as a powerful shot, but together leaves much more to the imagination. Your lighting is noted - it's angle capturing the texture of her hose, ropes and the subtle fall in color depth is very rich and inviting. Very Felliniesque! Well done and outstanding portfolio. Kind Regards, Cindi

Hugo I'd say we are "kindered spirits" - Interesting that you got all of this in frame - sharpness within lense and soft focus out. Were you using a remote here? 1/2 second... You've actually inspired me to re-create a similar shot in my own experimentation. Thank you for your advice on my "photographer/subject" - yes and agreed on the right side lense image 'cleanup' - I hope to post a revision -- feel free to comment again, I find your critiques very informative. Adding you to my friends list. Kind Regards, Cindi

Hugo - vibrancy and action very evident here. I like the composition, crop on backgrd does not take away from the intensity. Especially like your original triptych. I see that you decreased the ASA - do you feel that the saturation was increased in doing so? Have you tried the D100 in low lighting situation yet? Well done sports action. My regards, Cindi

Pat why I didn't see this before - absolutely amazing here, a strong image - it evokes a strong emotional reaction on my part and the depth of tone w/light only adds strength, the composition showing more than his shoulders w/shadow is noted. - this young man's slight "reluctance" is captivation - going right into my favs. Well done. Kind Regards, CIndi

Hi Marcy I have to comment on this....what a riot! You know it's definitely true - age doesn't saddle "hot" - you should also add to the humor category - skin tones are nice, especially on him which I know is a bit hard on the bright day on sand. Nice job - oh w/that shot you kindly commented on...I believe I was at F4 - approx. 1/500th. Kind Regards, Cindi

Pat, there is strength in this shot, I like the angle too - what would be further interesting seeing that the other one of him at 'sunset' I see he has an earring - to focus on just that trait of him too, part of his identity as well. Well done here. Kind Regards, Cindi
