My Hat too ,for the effort of the I300 images in just less than three hours maximum,this would be five shots per minuet+.
A great one ,though it is so difficult to recognize the face details over the groom unless you see it in its largest size,the very light pink colors adds a lot,
really a very fine effort with so nice result.

a little smaller image size, and a little less exposure was all that wah needed for this to be called a masterpiece.

Hi Kes.
This is a really sensuous image! A wedding photo with a bit of an edge to it. I bet she is really pleased with this one.
You did well even if this is the only shot you got that day.
When I first started to get interested in photography, many, many years ago. I got to be known as the guy with the camera. (as most people on this site, most likely) I ended up doing a few weddings for friends and family who were too cheap to get a pro. Long story short, I didn't enjoy it much. As you said. "hats off to wedding photographers"

Thanks for noticing, jacques! The full frame seemed fine also, but the 8x10 frame size seems more readily available, so hence the crop is for the "print".

Hi txules! thanks so much for the kind comment. Yes the lips...it would be nice to say this was planned....but it was shot on the run (walk actually) at 1/30 second and f/8. Sometimes you get what you take! :)

really fabulous, the angle. the dof, the terrific light and beautiful pose makes an excellent example of a very good weddding picture; very artistic indedd
just one nit that actually does not bother me: focus seems to be more on lips than eyes

This is such a beautiful creative intimate portrait study Kes. The finished composure/crop is bold and tight exposing just enough of the bride and her emotions. The mono tones are master class and the delicate soft focus is superb. Very well done to you my friend.
