A self portrait. Sure, why not? Photographers to this to themselves a lot, presumably because they like themselves, and they also like their camera... possibly a bonding issue? You did a good job, an excellent shot!

Nice composition from a different point of view, Judi. The lighting adds a lot of texture and detail to the flower. I love the way the petals are cropped. A great photo.

Sorry, Kristina, that wasn't me. I have been to many places but I've never been to Europe. I like the mountains, the jungle, and the ocean (advanced scuba diver) but I have never gone fishing for salmon. However, I imagine it would be nice to talk to you for an hour or so. :-))

Thanks for your critique on my redwinged blackbird, kiarang. I did increase the contrast a little bit and the image improved. I also flipped it horizontally and the photo now looks a lot better! Thank you so much.

A great portrait and a fabulous background that almost overwhelms the beauty in the foreground. Reminds me of the background of the "Mona Lisa". Good capture, Roberto!

Love the lines - the diagonal shadows and walkway and the vertical tree trunks - and the leaves. Very nice composition and colors. I can imagine it now as a winter snow scene of white snow and dark trees. Good work, Dave!

Beautiful digital IR shot, Dubravko. At first glance I thought it was a film shot until I read the About.I love the tones and the lighting, they make the picture remind me of Ansel Adams. Great work!
