I prefer the skin tones in this to 'grin' which are much brighter, but for me, less powerful.
Both are excellent, but side-by-side it begs for comparison.

She has a lovely smile and this portrays the warmth of the woman imho. Again, the whites in the eyes look un-natural to me being too white.
