I like the idea of this shot, however I feel the composition is a little central, maybe if the metal part on the bottom was on a slight angle? Maybe a bit more like this one I have attached?

That is funny the top shot the bird looks unreal, like its head has been moved unnaturally. Very nice sharpness on both shots and geat out of focus background

Nice shot though and I like the sunset it has come out well. May I suggest a little trick for you? Set the camera to manual for the sunset exposure and force your flash on to higlight the person
