She looks beautiful...truly a blushing bride. You've captured the lighting so well. My eyes went straight for her eyes and then to her dress. I like the softness of this photo and the natural looking pose. Well done!

Hmm, interesting... I like how you've captured the web and the spider. They're both very sharp.

I don't usually shoot people either, but practice makes perfect! Posting your photos IS brave because you're showing your perspective and awaiting judgement. I doubt myself constantly but I've realized that the photos I tend to least like others love! So don't be afraid to upload anything. The worst thing that will happen is you will receive some constructive criticism, which will only help you improve in the future.

That said, I think this photo is a barrel of laughs and you should keep shooting people.

Hey Dave, how are you? I am intrigued by these skates. Regardless I think it's time for an upgrade! Maybe ones like these? http://www.usefilm.com/Image.asp?ID=1267191 haha or not, I know they're ladies' skates. ;)

Hey Annemette, how are you? You have a crazy dog. haha :) But he's cute. This is a cool action photo. I don't mind the blurriness at all because it gives a sense of motion.

I agree, this guy looks like he's having a good time, and that even though he is working he would be willing to share a joke or two! The potato in the air is brilliant and I think it adds to the light feeling of the photo.

Wow, this photo is gorgeous! From the thumbnail the flower looks like glass. It's not usual to see a flower photo in black and white so I like that you tried something different.

There is a possibility I may not be able to move tomorrow. haha

My skates haven't been worn much and are only a couple years old. What they really need is to be sharpened!

Thanks! :) I love my cats too, unfortunately they live 2,000 miles away from me. :(

Most of my recent shots were taken in Gatineau Park and in and around Ottawa. (Andrew Haydon Park, Parliament) The ones from the summer were taken in Tybee Island and Savannah, Georgia.

Usually this place was packed but I took this in an adfternoon while I was driving by and in the middle of a snowstorm, so most of the parking lot is covered with snow. In the morning it's crazy. The parking lot and drive-thru are packed and there is a long lineup of cars waiting to turn in.
