This is a sweeeeeet shot! Her pose, her expression, her little tip back of her head and her cute tummy are all portrayed very well by you. I can't beat this shot but if your model ever wants to come down to MN for a shoot, I'd love to work with her! I"m not real fond of the toning on this one, too red or something but that is very minor, it's just a fantastic shot! I shoot some models and shots like this are not easy to come by...very well done!

The best shots seem to come from testing because as photographers we have more fun playing and testing and experimenting! Just a terrific shot!

Hi Howie, 'bout time I get over to your portfolio and give you some comments back. Thanks for all the comments you give on mine. This one as everyone has noticed is just wonderful. There is way more to this portrait than just the high key effect, it's just a great portrait, wonderful! Her smile is precious!

This is a 10, fantastic fashion shot Larry. Her angle is so moving and then her look back gives it that great look of fashion. Wonderful!

You images are amazing. I am so taken back by your images I don't even know what to say. I want to study your work more and see if some of your talents can help me see people in other ways so that I can bring out their personalities as you do. Just stunning!!!

Another really great shot, I love how the little boys feet are, I think all of us adults remember when we used to stand like that, impatiently waiting for candy or pop (or soda as most of you probably call it). Nice textures too with the light coming across.

Another fantastic shot. Maybe you could give me some advice on shooting nature shots. I can see light but I just can't seem to capture it.

I just love this! Ladybug's have a very special meaning in my wife's family. Her sister died in an accident a few years ago and the ladybug has become her remembrance and trust me, there are ladybug "everything" in their homes! It's very special and this was a real wonderful capture of this creature. Thanks for the great image!

Howie, I really think most of the commentors on usefilm love B&W for people pictures. I am OK with not getting too many comments because there might not be too much to say about my style of work. But I know many enjoy to view them...at least I hope they do. Comments from you and Kiarang and others always are nice to hear. Usefilm is just a fun place to hang out and I learn a lot from others on here so that's what it's all about.

This is a great show Howie, I had to come over and comment on your images. I really like your work and you have a skilled style. How come you don't post any of your wedding pictures, I think you should. Thanks again for all your meaningful comments...I truly appreciate them more than you know!

I like the scratch...I'd leave it. I used to hate getting scratched negs...especially from an important photo shoot. Now with digital I don't have that concern but sometimes you miss the whole process you go through with film. Nice to meet you.

That is quite beautiful! I have 2 daughters living in CO, lucky them! In this one though I would crop off 70% of the sky so you really make those trees the center of attention...nice panoramic type crop. It's a great shot!
