It's strange Paul, in person this model does indeed have full lips and big blue eyes, but in photos they stand out a bit more, probably explains the reaction to her 2 predominant features.
I only touched this photo up marginally in photoshop.
:)
take care.

Latif, i'll give you one guess why i wanted this pic out of focus, and what element i wanted in focus. It's very rare for me to be out of focus, ever.

Poor guy.
Makes you wonder what life turning event causes a person to give up hope & live in such conditions.
I would respect that homeless person as I would anyone else.
Thanks for sharing.

Thanx Jacques, btw, the 1/30 exposure is no joke, i was lying on my side 2 take that photo, no tripod, used the dining room curtain as a backdrop.

... perfect ABOUT Aniko!!
There's nothing wrong with pulling away from conventional photography, because if people don't do that, we'd have the view the same old/boring style over and over again!
I consider myself a pioneer, not a follower & i 'm assuming u do too!
I leave all the photos i post up on UseFilm, whether or not they receive good or bad criticism, just to prove that i can be diverse, i know of photographers that filter their portfolios every few months, which i think is quite sad.
In regards to people who think photoshop ruins photos, people who work with film know all to well that PS is the digital version of a dark room! "PhotoChopping" has been around since the introduction of the photo camera.
:)
take care.

WOW!
everyone on Earth has probably seen Rocky and Bullwinkle, but I have never ever seen a pic of a real Moose in my life!
What a bizarre looking animal!
Just curious as to what that flapping piece of skin does under it's neck?

This is the first time i have seen a perfectly contrasted photo with a 5D!

Blacks are black, not grey!
I can still see some texture within her top, which indicates the subject is perfectly focused.

I like this, the colours create the illusion that a storm is brewing, which obviously isn't the case.
Well done.
