Hi Bartosz, I did the softness using the blur tool by hand. I like doing it this way so I can control where and how much I want to use it. This pictures is desaturated a bit and I find when I start changing settings such as sat/contrast you can get some "blotching" in the picture and this is a good way to smooth it out.

Well done exposure and lighting, Chris! Maybe a little more detail on the shadow areas of her face, depending on the mood you want to create, of course!
