This is very very cute...see the attached...I did the following:
toned down the white areas
Sharpened the eyes and softened the skin
Cropped out the red shirt on the left side
did a little buring to the background
also made it larger

Excellent close in portrait and great title...If you want better results try focusing on the eyes....they're a little soft and the mouth area is tack sharp
