Very nice composition. Black & white conversions just don't match the Real Thing! Excellent image!

Nice B&w! graffiti is such a destroying and irrisponsible artform but can also be so beautiful.

I love your B & W shots in the streets. I have been wanting to do B & W on the streets but didn't know how they would look.

Now, thanks to you, I have no fear and a very good idea of what I might get.

I also agree with the comments from Justin; I am a graffiti lover, and look for it all the time.

Keep up the great work!

There seems to be something agreeable about the graffitti. It even seems to coexist with the surrounding architecture. There is no hostility or anger. Interesting.

Wonderful perspective and perfectly composed. I love the Graffiti on the wall, it adds that real 'city alley' touch to your work. Just one thing - the top right corner is very overexposed (unaviodably, I know) but you could have burned this in to keep your eye from being drawn to that part of the frame. But I love it nonetheless!

I like the concept, I'm just not quite sure where to look, it needs a stronger subject i think.

I really like your angle from which you have taken this photo. Great composition also. The black and white significantly emphasises the run-down perhaps 'old' look to the location. Very effective!

Hey Carl, Thanks for your comments.
The photo is straight from negetive to RC paper. I believe the sharpness from the lens,35/f2, and I add contrast in the darkroom process with the ilford filters.
I rated the film at 800 and I think that also adjusts the contrasts a bit as well.

Congratulations on your printing then, they look beautiful. I have a Darkroom but seldom have the time to use it. Digital is so quick and easy. I will post some shots of Canada when I get chance. I was there about four years ago.
