Wow, that's a lot of warning signs. It's not like it's illegal to walk in there if you're under 21! Maybe the owner got tired of kids with fake ids. Who knows...
The drinking age is 19 here and I don't even get ID'd anymore. (I'm 20 in May) At first I was like wait, do I look old? haha but then I realized it's Canada and no one cares.

I like this but maybe try an off-centered composition next time? Or at least that's what Doyle would say. haha j/k
p.s. I love palm trees and anything beachy. I have 2 palm tree posters in my room at the moment.

I like the blurry water (slow shutter) while everything else is sharp. Did you use a tripod?

This is why I love your photos. You have such an eye for detail. The composition is great and the black bg makes the bear stand out even more without losing his nose.

My march break has already passed... it was February 23rd - March 4th. I went to Toronto for a couple days and then I went home for the rest of the week. :)

Yes, the D50 is my new camera. I wanted a D70 but somehow I missed the memo both the D50 and the D70 were being discontinued. By the time I realized that, they were impossible to find new. I was lucky enough to grab the last new D50. Frankly, the D50 is plenty DSLR for me right now. =P It takes a while to get used to the controls. haha
