Thanks, Ken, for your comments on Fixer-Upper and the picture. I do like this. It has a very stark look and a little spooky.

Thanks, Ken, for the comment and the info about Olympus. I love my Oly 2100 UZ except that it is only 2.1 megapixels. I hate to hear they are going to filter the IR in future cameras. I have enjoyed taking IR pictures with this camera immensely.

The IR is very effective, Agnes. Unforntunately Olympus now has a filter to remove IR, so keep your 2100. Mister Ken

This is great, Agnes. I like what you've done with the toning and thank you for the description. You might be interested in my 'By Moonlight' I used the channel mixer and solarization for the effect. Mister Ken

The slight blur was not hard with these boys, Klifton. These guys are my twin grandsons, age 5. Have your twins made their appearances yet? Thanks much for the comment.

Hi Klifton, Thanks for your comment on "Fixer-Upper". I have been looking at your portfolio and noted that you are the father-to-be of twins. I am the grandmother of 5 year old twin boys so naturally your twins interest me too. Have they been born, are they identical or fraternal, girls or boys? Best wishes to you and your wife. The first few weeks are hectic but they will be well worth the sleeplessness.

I am from a itty bitty town in Western South Dakota near the ND border called McIntosh. It is less and less populated each time we go back. I have lived in West Tennessee for many years. South Dakota will always be home, however. It gets under your skin and in your blood. Even our children who were not born there love the place.
