DOF works great here. A very clean image and they will both love this shot for years to come.

The color is great here. There is a lot to look at in the image. And sometimes that is not a good thing. But, what you have done here is transported the viewer into another place and I love it.

This is nice too. Just a little too busy on he left side. If you have a little longer lense, I might would back up a little bit and zoom a little more to crop that out on the left. You could also PS it out if you like. You do have to be careful with the zoom though as it can make the face look a little flat but at this distance you should be fine. Again, I like the B&W here. Keep them coming. :)

The grass in the shot is a little distracting to me. If that was supposed to be there and I am sure it was, I would note it in the About part so that the viewers know it was planned. I did look at your portfolio and will be looking through some more there too. You have some really nice shots. Welcome to usefilm. What course are you taking?

He is the best. I am sure that Lemmond would not agree. But, what can you say. And the news of his return is even more amazing. Maybe next year I will watch the tour again. Thanks Tony.

Hello Jari,
First, welcome to usefilm. It is a great community. The image you have posted here is realy nice. You have done a great job of drawing focus to the kitten and using DOF to simplify the image. There is just enough forground to make it not look like the kitten is sitting on the edge of the picture. nice job.

Good job on the picture for and the post. The picture is a great capture of the little beauty in thought. I also like that you posted the settings. A lot of US (myself included) seem to leave that out. Nice job.

I really like this shot. I like the strong backlight which comes through the umbrella well. Even still, you have nice balance in the front of the image with no loss of detail. Did you use a fill flash or any reflectors here? Nice job.

Nice capture. Nice balance of earth tone colors to match the Vespa scooter. Do you know if that is a P200? What I really like is the nice straight window on the left edge. Nice work and detail.

Cool self portrait. Neat idea. What is really neat is the color tone of the glasses and the framework in the reflection. Also the natural frame of the door sets you as the subject apart. Very cool.
