Your enhancements are nice and subtle and I think they work very well to brighten the image. Unfortunately for me my Photoshop skills aren't that honed in to understand masks yet. I do understand layers and have used them often but there are many areas of P/shop I've yet to explore. I'm working on it though. Thank you for your reply. I'm sure Istvan's learnt a trick or 2 here today also.

Wonderful clarity and detail in this image. It's very nicely composed and has a very interesting sky to compliment it. Lovely colour. It's a very pleasant image to view.

Carsten, your attachment isn't appearing on Istvan's image. Perhaps it's too large. Attachment images must be smaller than 500x500 and be jpg format. Please post again as I too would be interested to see your modifications.

Oh what a wonderful photo and a funny story. This has just made my day. I have a big smile on my face now. I love this. Aren't animals so precious when they do such things. I will have this image in my head all day now. Wonderful timing to just be there to capture the moment at the right time. Thank you for the smile.

I love the scenery, nice detail the tractor here. Sky is blown out, maybe a grad ND filter @ the moment of pressing the shutter would have been useful, or you could surely look for detail in the negative (?) / slide (?), because dynamic range of film is better than digital.

Great DOF and colors ! I tried a multiply light blended layer mask for the sky, and a slight warming-up filter for the foreground to match it to my taste (just playing around, hope you dont mind)
