the compostition and the look works fine...
I miss an inch of a picture on the top and the background could be a bit more blury (with compact digital cameras you can't do much about it).

Amazing shot! Really wonderfull potrait picture, the expression on her face is briljant. You really caught the middle of her face wich is excellent. B&W works really well in the image, i love it!
